We love it when our customers say good things!

We recently received this great letter from a happy Coldwell Banker Innovations customer. Mary Poirier was their agent and this is what they said:

Hi Mr. Horst,

We just received your letter in the mail with or listing contract and I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about our experience.

I met Mary several months ago when I found a house that I was really interested in buying. She was awesome then but the timing was not really right for us at that time. Mary spent a fair amount of time with me even before we made a decision. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Having never sold a home, I was not really sure how the whole process worked. Our current home we bought through the builder, so again a little naive on the process. She answered all my questions– no matter what.

Then we noticed the price dropped on the house that we wanted then which made it much more attractive and viable option. We contacted Mary and asked if she would help us get our house ready and put a bid on this house. Within 3 days of our house listing, we had 4 showings and 2 offers, and a contract. In this market, we could not have imagined that it would go that quickly but it goes to show that Mary priced it right.

We did all that, quickly and thanks to Mary easily! Unfortunately, the seller of the house that we thought we wanted would not move on their best and final offer. However, Mary had prepared us and shown us some other options just in case. THANK GOODNESS for that. She showed us a house that we would have never imagined possible. And, we had a contract 3 days later. WOW!

In the few short weeks that we started this process, Mary has been AWESOME! We feel extremely thankful to have had her on our side. She has helped us in so many ways that we cannot even begin to tell you but we wanted you to know.

It is not often that you hear the good things about what people have done, so for all the good that she has done for us, this is just a small token of our appreciation.
